The team

We are a small team of 3 full time developers all working from home with a large group of freelancers and support studios. Over the past 11 years we have built tools allowing us to create large and complex games and gameworlds in a timeframe larger teams could dream of.

Beyond Enemy Lines - Vietnam

A tactical sandbox FPS (Crysis in realistic) with realtime weapon customization, crossplay coop and PVP and a newly revealed Mission Editor. With this Editor, players are able to create their own missions and even campaigns which can also work in Coop and PvP all seamlessly in crossplay. It includes a creator program which allows players to submit their creations and might turn it into a featured DLC with 50% rev share.

Tools

We are using Unreal Engine 5 as a base foundation. We have built our own Framework (Polygon Art Development Kit) on top which we use to create complex games in a short time. Besides this we use Visual Studio 2022, Blender, Photoshop, Discord, Diversion and several internal tools for organization, build and server management.

Why did you switch from Git and Perforce to Diversion?

Git did not handle well with those large projects and file sizes we often have and Perforce was just too expensive for our small team.

What is better with Diversion?

It's easy to learn for artists and level designers. We increased our development speed even more.
